Why are you asking such a dumb question? Can you wrap you mind around that a big game was just won and people post about that topic. They aren't looking for a thread to pop up that says "ALL CONTENT ABOUT THIS TOPIC HERE" It happens every time a big game is played. If South Carolina beats Gonzaga it will be 100x more brain destroying for you.

If there were an ACC Rant, there would have been a lot of threads
about the CFBNCG. I don't think a State fan would have asked, 'why are there hundreds of Clemson posts....'

I know you will argue that it is women's basketball but..
That MSU/UCONN game may have been one of the greatest college upsets in recent history. It was a great redemption story based on what UCONN did to MSU last year in the tourney. Honestly, that game deserves to be talked about and it doesn't matter how many threads are started about that same topic.
