For a guy who follows college football 24/7, it's remarkable how little he actually knows about the game, players, etc. If you called in and asked him to breakdown a play, he'll hang up and move on to the next caller. He only cares about the politics of the sport because he knows it's easier to stir up callers that way.

No joke, when I first heard Finebaum's show (when they added it to the local stations here) I thought to myself "why the frick are they playing an Alabama/Auburn show here?"

He actually said today that "I am not concerned bout ratings because the show is established now". This after two of his arsehole callers yelled & bitched at each other for a good 15 minutes. He then ended the call & talked about them for another 10 minutes. He's Jerry Springer Light.
