Well for 1 they have the largest line in the SEC. That game won't be close 38-24 Hogs over Mizzou.

Slightly below average running teams end up with 2 1,000 yard rushers all the time.

A misconception about CBB's desired offense is that it is all run, run, run. His idea of a perfect game offensively is 200 rushing and 200 passing. Yes, he wants a hard nosed running game, but not just that. However, we are going to end up with two 1000 yard + running backs, and another with 300+.
We are also the only team whose EVERY conference game (pending Mizzou) was ranked in the top 25 when we played them. Nobody in the SEC came close to having to play that kind of schedule. And in the middle of a complete overhaul

I am sick of our running game, we suck at it..

Pathetic really. I truly miss the air raid of our past...

Man, will we ever learn!

Please mizzou, can we have DGB back, I mean he promised us he would be here, and what he has done for you this season is marvelous. Heck, I would even trade you Altee Tenpenny (Yes, he is 3rd stringer) but very good from what I here. And would fit in well with your team... Please?

We know.

You keep harping on conference games as if a rushing performance against Vandy is worth something.

Arkansas has the worst pass D in the conference.

3rd in the conference in passes defended
6th in the conference in OPP completion %
8th in the conference in YPG allowed

And don't give me the "you have the least passes attempted per game against you". The difference between 1st and 8th in the category in less then 3 attempts per game.

And apparently most of the victories and all of the rustled jimmies.

Its very simple. Arkansas runs well against smaller defensive lines, not as well against bigger lines they can't push around.

Since you seem to not understand subtext, I'll spell it out for you. Seemingly small differences in calculated numbers and rankings are usually the difference between winners and losers.

The rustled jimmies are what is expected when one points out that another's team is a loser.

i think that was more like the subtext of the subtext of the subtext.

concise is nice but not if it doesn't make sense. there's your tip for the day.

We suck, we all know it...especially the 1-17 part.

Our running game sucks and so does our defense, we should be happy that LSU fell apart when they did or it may have ended up being 0-28 or worse.

Maybe when we play you guys you will spot us some scores like you did ATM just to make the second half fun for your team.

^^^^^ This.

I wish they would beat the Vols so they would feel important when we show up. Unfortunately, the Vols will kick their Columbian arses and we'll just be kicking some deflated arse.

That is true my Rebel friend but the one thing the Hogs have going for them is Bo is due for a meltdown and Hugh hasn't had a Brain Freeze since Auburn. I'm hoping they can keep it together until Dan and his Boys roll into Hottie Tottieville on the 29th.
