The Oregon win was a good win, but not nearly the win some are making it out to be. The win over Arky is easily more impressive even though it was a home win. Bama held a Petrino offense to less 250 yards total.

Oregon offense all about tempo and is a gimmick. They pretty much admit they are not good enough to compete so they run the hurry up and try to catch teams off guard and limit substitutions.

It's a gimmick for second rate programs. I hate that AU and Oklahoma run it when they don't have to. They actually have access to top notch recruits unlike Oregon.

Well, you continue to be very delusional. Why the site of LSU's win over Oregon matters is beyond me

Again, you've come in half cocked and made that statement, with nothing to back up the claim. Usually you're more objective, but you're flat out wrong in your statement. Until yesterday, Bama had a stronger SOS. Today, Lsu does, and they will from here on out, as I've said many times.

As far as ARky and Oregon, Arky has 2 wins against top 30 teams, Oregon does not. The fan support at the Lsu/Oregon game was virtually a home game for Lsu, that is without question too. So there are two points that you claimed delusional, debunked. Finally, that leaves the SOS with Lsu having had WV and Bama having had Fla and Penn St at the time. Until yesterday, Bama had played a tougher schedule, against more, higher ranked teams.

For every Lsu fan calling Bama fans delusional, there are an equal amount, refusing to look at things objectively and getting their panties in a wad. From claiming stats doesn't matter, we're better anyhow, to wanting so badly for people to believe Oregon is this supreme team that is now unbeatable. Hell, the way yall talk, they should be given a place in the NC game already.

but when a bama fan argues schedule this year, it makes you look delusional.

Until you actually look at the schedules played up until yesterday. As I've said, now, at this point, Lsu has clearly played a better one, although still not as wide a gap as thought. It will be tougher as the season goes. I said several times, Bama has the advantage of a great schedule set up this year.

I don't trust any computer system's ranking of schedule strength. When Colley matrix has Texas' schedule to date ranked 4th in the nation and LSU's ranked 56th, Sagarin a couple of years ago ranked the entire Pac 10 #1 through #10 in schedule strength for the season, and most of them use a formula that rates two 5-5 teams as equal to a 10-0 team and a 0-10 team, you cannot trust any computer schedule strength formula.

and last season, that made them better than every team they played but one, and better than 118 other teams going into the MNC. this season it has made them better than everyone they have played but one, and the polls currently have them better than roughly 110 other teams. i would say that is competing.

They have to this point...pretty easy answer there. They deserve where they are ranked now. Everything will sort itself out in Tuscaloosa November 5th.

Hunter gets it. LSU has a much harder schedule going forward, but as of week 6 Bama's has been just as hard if not harder.

Miss ST sucks and so does kentucky. They are easily the worst teams in the SEC this year. Ole Miss will beat Miss ST this year.

Kentucky has a QB that couldn't start at for Alabama ST.

Based on the current rankings, all but certain Bama fans think LSU has the harder schedule because:

1) Bama started the year out ranked ahead of LSU.
2) They have the same W/L record
3) LSU is ranked higher today than Bama in both relevant polls.

Defense rests

Much like who Oregon and WVU have played? The arguments are nearly identical.

I think he meant week 5. And Bama did, until yall played Florida yesterday.

Bama

Penn St
Arky
Florida

Lsu

Oregon
WV

And that was about the only quality wins each had through 5 weeks. Now yall can add Fla, and Bama's stays the same. I give the difference and edge to Lsu, solely on WV being better than Penn St. Outside of that, yall had an FCS team and we had low ranked FBS teams and Miss St is middle of the pack and not an advantage or disadvantage.

What teams last year did they play that were worth a shite. There best win was Standford. There best win will be Stanford again.

When the California schools are all down Pac 12 football is horrible. Non of the other schools have very high end talent. Cal, UCLA,and USC at least have access to good players.

Oregon has to pay runners to get kids just to visit. Think about that. They would be the 7th or 8th most talent team in the SEC.

Ignore this troll.

He spent all off season spouting off about how over-rated LSU was, he's just pissed they are a legit top 3 team.

"well they gave up this many yards to this wvu who barely beat this team who got housed by this team who shoula beat this team blalblbalblabal"

It amazes me that people still try to evaluate teams with these stupid arse comparisons. Hey, LSU beat UK at home by 4 tds, then south carolina the next week BEAT THE SAME UK TEAM BY 7 TDS. SO LIKE, USC WOULD BEAT LSU BY 3 TDS, AMIRITEEE?????
