Nobody gives a shite about this game being cancelled but LSU fans. It's obvious LSU football and good food is the only thing they have to look forward to in that shitty arse state.
football and food.. TX and LA still better than alabama where football is the only thing worth a shite

Well I will golf and hopefully make a business deal. Watch college football and enjoy time with my family.
You will be watching Aggie football, hoping the Longhorns lose, and trying to to make the crayons taste better when you dip them into the paste jar.

If South Carolina had come out and said this week's game was cancelled, I'd be pissed. Not because it has anything to do with conference standings, but because I get 13 days of a year to watch Georgia football. If one of those was taken away because of incompetent feet dragging, anger would ensue.
South Carolina stepped up and did a great job to ensure this game would be played. Florida did not.
I get why LSU fans are pissed. Florida should have realized early on that this was possible and had a backup plan in place.

Funny how FSU and Miami are going to play their game. Bottom line this game could have been played somewhere else.

Florida doesn't owe you shite. If they don't feel comfortable playing then there's nothing you can do. The SEC office sure doesn't give a crap out what you want either. Time for y'all to just get over it
Let's see how much you jackasses whine when the inevitable happens. If the SEC tries to force LSU into playing on the 18th, I can guarantee you there is one exception they will hold out for- forcing A&M to move their precious Thanksgiving game to Saturday to avoid a 4 day turnaround after an SEC road game.
Laugh now, but just watch. If the SEC is desperate to make this game happen, they will have to give LSU something for giving up a home date. This and as much cash as the insurance fund will part with is what they will want.

You win this thread, hands down. USC was proactive last year in working with LSU (a favor which USC fans will tell you LSU returned), and here they are, on the ball again. They ran circles around UF and Foley sitting on his arse, waiting for the SEC to be forced to make a decision because he WOULDN'T. USC is the model for how to deal with these situations from recent years.

Because it's nice to see our team play a full schedule
Especially after we had a cancelled game last season
There needs to be plans in place that are required to avoid this
It should be avoidable. Should mandate a rule if a possible emergency is still in path by Wednesday then game must be relocated to a neutral site. Even if it winds up being okay.. we can't risk missed gsmes.. no need for it and it can affect a lot of outcomes.,
It's not right to the players or fans who support the school

You're the worst
It benefits Florida to not play and in the east every little bit counts
Tenn should be upset

Agreed. Let them both accept a loss and let's get on with it...

Regardless dumbass
We only have so many games as fans
Our team is finally rolling and now we miss out on yet another game after having one less game than every one else a season ago
It sucks when it could have easily been avoided but Florida is too pussy and chicken shite
Not sure why you're acting like assholes
You as a fan would be upset they didn't find an alternative to play a game for your team
Quit acting like an arse

The SEC office doesn't ask. They tell you what you're going to do.
Little known fact about that 2005 UT game...Bertman wanted to play on Sunday, not Monday. Fulmer threatened to forfeit. Slive made them play on Monday.
Sankey will tell aggy what to do.

Right here folks. That's the gist of it. LSU has to watch their football team, hurricanes be damned.
Then go run a fricking scrimmage and televise it.

Well it is the SEC. Conference pride trumps individual fan base weirdness. Y'all have a rooting interest in your enemy's enemies. Simple survival tactics necessary for setting up a successful path for each team based on survival in the jungle. That's why
