We won't win, but FSU hasn't layed a vicious beat down on anyone this year. Our defense will keep it respectable

26 games = UK vs UL with last game played last year
34 games = UK vs UC and the last time they met was 1996
35 games = UK vs Centre and they haven't played in ages
36 games = UK vs IU and the last time they met was 2005
Sorry bird, rivalry denied.

Louisville is fricking horrible and they're still winning a couple games in that mid major conference.

Closet UK fan, now your middle of the road strategy makes sense.

Didnt UK cancel the IU series after the Hoosiers gave them beat downs?
Posted on 10/19/14 at 10:20 pm to cardswinagain
Yeah I think that actually was the official reason given by the AD
Cant you go to some sweet ACC board to talk about sweet ACC football topics?

You know your football program is Bush league when you're fighting your battles through Indiana.

We all know the answer to that

ACC fans barely know what teams are in their own conference so I doubt they have ACC message boards. I live around a lot of them so I see it first hand.

You guys have only played 26 times? That's surprising to me, but I know nothing of the history of either school honestly.

Congrats once again being the SEC's whipping boy.
Whipping boy, pretty sure the 8 banners in Rupp insures UK's place in the SEC. Nice try little brother, bless your heart.
UK = 10 Consensus All - Americans
UL = 1 Consensus All - Americans
10 > 1
UK = 13 First Round Draft Picks
UL = 8 First Round Draft Picks
13 > 8
UK = 189 NFL Draft Picks
UL = 108 NFL Draft Picks
189 > 108
Nice to see they don't teach basic math at Looserville
But at least they have gun rules! Who but thugs need to be reminded not to bring guns to practice?

It wasn't until 20 years ago that Louisville resembled anything like a BCS type football program. They played in an old minor league baseball stadium with astro turf until pretty recently.

Petrino or no Petrino UofL is going to get smoked when FSU comes to the pizza pan. Just as Bama woke up this past week-end and drilled A&M, sleep-walking FSU Is due to make their case for being #1 again.
Until the playoff expands to at least 8, the best teams vying for a spot in the "tournament" need to beat their opponents badly, especially in the second half of the season.

That sounds horrible.

UK leads the category in arrests in a landslide actually.

Already tired of the boring ACC? Not that different from the AAC, is it? Why else would a line beard be trolling on an SEC site?

Cards were an inner city school then politicians got involved and threatened to use Frankfort to force the schools to play each other. Without government meddling at the state level, the Cards would not have the current sports series.

Louisville's fortunes began to change when they hired the genius Tom Jurich in 1998 away from Northern Arizona. He's definitely the best AD in the country. I sincerely hope the SEC will consider him for commissioner after Slive retires next year.

Someone reads the UK rivals board too much
Actually UK ducked us in football and basketball for years. It was their worst nightmare when the state made us play. The two programs are completely in opposite ways. Of all the advantages UK has had with facilities (until recently) and SEC recruiting, they have had to watch little old Louisville completely outperform them over the last 20 years.
BTW your Daddy Petrino says hi and is waiting for you guys

Must be you. UK posters on tRant don't really like Rivals.

Why would an SEC school, even UK, have been interested in playing a commuter school? Georgia wasn't interested in playing Georgia State, for example. There was no good reason to play the Cards before the late 1990s.
BTW, Pitino's owner says hi. See y'all in December.
