By the same measure the same could have been said about Mack Brown at Texas. Both had similar records. Both annually whiffed on QB recruitment and development. LSU better hope they can attract a better replacement or they two will decline into irrelevance.
Why dont your worry about your shitty coach before you start worrying about LSU's. You act like bielema is a good coach just because he has beat LSu doesnt change the fact that he is not very good. When bielema actually has a good season why dont you come back with your crap dumbass. If there was a poll and people could pick Miles or Bielema i'm guessing 85% would take miles over your coach. Lets see who has the better record by the end of the year. My guess is your coach will probably be right where miles was at the end of last year.

Triggered.
I know what ya mean though man. I've never seen a mediocre team talk more shite than Arkansas fans I swear to God. I cringe with almost everything they say.

I'm sure most would pick the HC with the most conference titles in their career.
Sorry, Les, but there's nothing wrong with Silver.

Now they're bragging about the Big Ten titles their coach has. Jesus Christ.....
This thread is getting mighty sloppy and Arkansas fans are embarrassing themselves. I'm out, see yall on game day :)

18–20 at ark . Maybe you guys can rehire Bobby Petrino at the end of this year at least he was pretty good .
Posted on 8/21/16 at 6:33 pm to FLObserver
Why would we re-hire the man mostly responsible for the shape of the program that led to 18-20?
I mean, it was all LSU fans could do to explain Kragthorpe being a shitty head coach while at Louisville, because Petrino left nothing behind for him, when he was hired to fix LSU's QB problems that still exist today.

Oh ok so you its petrino's fault that you guys lost to Toledo in Bielema's third year. Come on man so you guys beat LSU quit acting like you have got some great coach there. If he goes 9-3 or better then come here talking crap. Right now you guys look like idiots talking trash with an 18-20 coach!

So what is LSU's excuse for doing the inexcusable in losing to Arkansas on an annual basis now?
You can't blame the schedule, it was said to be LSU's choice to play aggy on thanksgiving to end the season, Arkansas was fine with the date being what it was.

I love the part that comes next.
When they try to condescend to Arkansas by saying that their team just "wasn't in it" for the Arkansas game two years in a row after losing to Alabama.
Makes their entire program (and their fans) look like pussies.
I'm pretty sure that LSU was "motivated" to play Arkansas after 17-0. After being thoroughly embarassed. And they followed that up with yet another 17 point loss.
LSU just isn't nearly as good as people make them out to be. It's really just that simple.

LSU wouldn't make a bowl if they lost their top RB and best 2 WRs.......

Arkansas fans use the Petrino disaster as a crutch to excuse all of Bert's faults just like UT fans blame all of Butch's shortcomings on how they have "the most inexperienced team in the country" for 3 years in a row.

So it was in fact Kragthorpe's own doing for Louisville's nose dive when he took over a top 5 team with a NFL prospect QB.
You can't have it both ways.

It's 2 in a row. Chill out. Chalk up this year as a W if you want but I say let the game play out. Your program has never been in the position to count conference wins before the season starts.
LSU leads the series since arky joined the SEC. That's with LSU's dreadful 90s.

Depends what you base it on. Based on results, Miles has the best program in the SEC behind bama.
Losing to teams like Arkansas definitely doesn't scream great program. I agree with you there. It's a bad loss. Miles' seat didn't get smoking hot until that loss. Folks have been frustrated with the offense for years but that loss to Arkansas really set people off.
Miles can't continue lose to third tier programs and call LSU a great program.

Miles has won half of his games against Arkansas.
If his continued employment at LSU were contingent upon him winning the Arkansas game, he would have been fired years ago. Probably around the time Arkansas beat them while they were ranked number one in the nation.
In reality, the truth has set in with the powerbrokers in Baton Rouge that Les Miles's teams aren't tough enough to finish their schedule. It was more likely the fact that as long as LSU plays Arkansas after Alabama, LSU is going to lose two games in a row each season.
It's gonna happen again this season too.
But you're right in a sense. It will probably be Bret Bielema that costs Les Miles his job.

What does this have to do with Bert winning 6 SEC games in 3 years and losing to the likes of Texas Tech and Toledo?
