Maybe Urban Meyer never had a health issue, he couldn't accept the fact that Tebow carried him for 3 years & the party was over. Ya think?

I thought it had been widely accepted that Saban made his arse quit.

ESPN is carrying his water for him on this one, but that whole "health deal" was totally bullsh!t.

He's lucky his wife is a strict Catholic & doesn't believe in divorce.

I think he got tired of the competition and work level required to succeed in the SEC.

Because the writing was on the wall and he didn't want to be another Mack brown (seriously, how is this guy the highest paid coach)

Oh for frick's sake, he won a national championship with Chris Leak as his starting qb! Did those few snaps a game Tebow got that year really "carry" him?

That is something I could believe.

Doesn't look like you can trust that s.o.b.

Is the whole "Coach was banging some girl on campus" really a universal rumor that just 'fits' anywhere with any coach in any situation? (Usually at least)

I've heard this random "Saban knocked up a girl that was involved with the LSU program so thats why he left for the NFL so quickly" rumor....
