Georgia State can't even drag the strength of an SEC regular season down, even when it seems to be as low as it is this year.
What about a bama team with one loss trying to get in a title game. The days of multiple bcs conference teams going undefeated are becoming few and far between. With a win last week bama could still be well in the title hunt.

I'm pretty confident it wouldn't have mattered with one loss either. There was a reason they selected THIS season to add a Georgia State to the schedule. Florida, Penn State, LSU, Auburn, Tennessee, etc still outweigh the numbers weakness.
