Im trying to look at Oklahoma and Clemson boards and Christ I can barely navigate that terribleness.

In this Christmas season we should thank Chicken that he has provided us with this pristine and elite layout.

My son is on reddit a lot, and he is highly critical of the Rant format. For me, it is very comfortable and intuitive. I guess it's what you get used to.

It is great for 2003 coding but a little behind the times. Proboards has a better format and features.

People bag on texags a lot and rightfully so, but they've got a good layout too.

You need to get out more. This site uses old web technology. Like 10-15 years old. It's nowhere near modern. Trust me, this is what I do for a living.

Look at the URL, you'll see ".aspx"

.aspx is a Microsoft server-side web framework called ASP.NET MVC. It's very old and not commonly used today. Most modern websites use a client-side javascript framework (Angular, React, etc.) - which is what I use.

ETA: I'm not positive because there's no sure way to tell, but I think the forum aspects of this site are from an old 3rd party library that used to be common - meaning it wasn't even designed or developed by whomever created this site. I don't know that for sure though.

You must be raising a liberal, because that's all Reddit is. Buncha armchair SJWs. Be careful my friend.

Last time this forum’s layout was relevant, Gus was still coaching in high school.

So? It works and it’s easy to manipulate. A lot of other forums are just too busy in appearance. Too much on the screen.

Just knowing where Evans is committed was worth the $20 a month fee.

But it works. I don't know how good the security is for the webmasters, but from a user point of view, it is a well designed site.

Literally none of that matters. Forum is clean, simple, and efficient.

I’m a dev and TD has the best layout. Easy to read and follow the flow. Everything else is subpar.
