He can and will this weekend, in spite of a weak Oline

Nice answer to a tough question..I like Murray and Georgia, not so sure about the head coach.

But Georgia serems to have a lot of talent on a team that nevers get over the hump.

i think it has like 99% to do with coaching

I forgot about the 02 Sugar Bowl win against Florida State. Either way, Muschamp has the chance to surpass everything Richt has done in 12 years in just his 2nd year as a college coach this year. He probably won't pull off the SEC championship and BCS championship this year, but he seems to already be a far better coach than Richt. I would personally much rather have him roaming my sidelines, and I'm sure you would as well

I know of a big win Richt had in 2005 vs. the #3 ranked team...

Why has LSU lost every game against an elite SEC team they have played this year?

That wasn't the question. We beat SC, A&M and a UW team that beat Stanford.

You are so all over the map it's not even funny. How would muschamp surpass everything richt has done without a national title? Are you forgetting that in Richt's 2nd year he lost 1 game, won the SEC, won SEC COY, won a BCS bowl, and finished #3? Hell Richt could have a better 2nd year than muschamp, saying muschamp would surpass richt's career is just unbelievably false.

And you just said he probably won't.

Anything at all muschamp does outside of winning a national title will not put him above richt ANY time soon. Richt had a better 1st year than muschamp. He will likely have a better 2nd year too. In Richt's first 5 years as a head coach, he won the east 3 times and the SEC twice.

I really can't believe you are taking up for Richt. Georgia should be more of a national player than they are every year. I'm sure your tone will change after the Dawgs get embarrassed by another divisional foe once again this weekend though

I'm not taking up for Richt from here on out as our coach, I'm taking up for the accomplishments that he already has that you are claiming muschamp will surpass in his 2nd year, even without a national title. It's pretty simple really, I don't know why you can't seem to grasp that.

It's the same if someone comes over and starts talkin shite to one of your friends that you don't really like. You guys aren't close but he's with you so you're gonna stick up for him.

What I'm saying is, know what you're talking about and kindly shut the frick up. He's our coach.

Pressure..false confidence while running up the score on weaker teams. But, Georgia will be in a world of hurt if they have to depend on the back up who never gets any "quality" playing time against the good teams they do play. Being 5"11" doesn't help much either.
