Our offense went over 500 yards on Wisc. and Ole Miss, two top 20 teams, you call that bad ? Someone has bumped your head man.

I can somewhat agree w/ the OP. If I'm BAMA I load the box to defend the run, and make Lambert beat me w/ his arm. He's not been pressured or tested at all this year. I would not consider SC a true test.

Lambert to try to make plays with his arm and that will be Georgia's advantage
Bama D may slow the run, but this kid is impressive and will burn them. Will be a great game.

Lambert can pass against Southern and the worst South Carolina team Spurrier has ever fielded.

FIFY

Remember after the Vandy game when people were calling for Lambert to be benched? If it wasn't for an out-of-his mind performance against South Carolina there would still be controversy. Don't think there aren't still problems with him. I guarantee he will throw more than one incompletion. And he will will throw more than one interception.

I'm not going to claim he's going to go 24-25 against Bama with 3 Tds or anything , but if he can keep Bama honest that helps.

I love that his nay sayers point to the 0-7 start against Vandy , but ignore the 11-14 the rest of the game, or that he's 52-68 on the years with 0 int.

He can't be out of his mind 24-25 every game , no one can, matter of fact he's the only one ever to do it. But he's also not 0-7 awful either.

He is what he is after 4 games. 76%. And that ain't bad. It's hard to do that in practice against air.

I think Bama wins for a few reasons:

- Nasty run stopping front 7
- Georgia struggles running between the tackles
- Georgia hasn't shown the ability to stretch the field
- Greyson Lambert appears to panic under pressure

Bama 34
UGA 20

I hope Im wrong.

Of course your a dawg you will say anything to make yourself feel better about this game... I'm not really worried about the game. Who will win who will lose. Alabama by 7 points.

Several advantages for Bama.....Some of which are legit (good coaching and players) and some are insurmountable and what has allowed bama to be the jaugernaught that they are.
The SEC office is basically in Tuscaloosa.
Georgia has to outplay bama on the field and the officials in the SEC office.

I like GA to win, but they have to overcome a lot of BS to get there.

The dude has thrown 2 incompletions in 2 games. It's time to stop discrediting him. I understand we will know a lot about him Saturday at about 7 but you can't argue that he is seeing the field at a different level right now.

I don't have to make myself feel better. You pointed out the first qtr of the first road game. I just countered with his entire numbers.

I perfectly comfortable having the the # 3 qbr. QB under center for the Dawgs.

Georgia has the kind of offense that Bama chews up and spits out. The game hinges on whether or not Bama's offense has come together.

I have picked UGA 27-20. That said, I could easily see the reverse happening. I think Bama's defense can hold UGA to a moderate amount of points (17-24 range), the question will be if Bama can score 24-28 in order to win it and I'm just not sure they can.

The thing that gives me hope is that UGA really hasn't played an offense or a defense worth anything, so all of their success on both sides could be legit and it could just as easily be fool's gold.
