BTW, the Big Parade in BR should be at Night. LSUAD/City of BR should synch up and avoid conflicts.
BTW 2.0, anybody that resides in Baton Rouge that's not employed by LSU or an LSU student is totally insane! (The same for most of Louisiana)

The parade had been rolling for 43 years. They aren’t changing the time because a basketball game may be at home that week.
And tons of parades are run during the day. In fact the Mardi Gras parades on Fat Tuesday in New Orleans are day parades and roll early (Zulu 8:00am and Rex 10:30am)
