We talk about how Mark Richt has lost control, you call Bert fat. Its depressing when you screw up something that simple. Once the ritual exchange of insults takes place then we talk about the relative strengths and weaknesses of the programs.
For the record, with the ritual exchange having taken place, I give a slight edge to Georgia because our FG kicking has been suspect and BA tends to get in over his head during the 4th quarter. It should be a good game though.
Unless, of course, Mark Richt loses control of keeping Arkansas from breaking the streak.

I think most of it is rebuttal to Arky thinking just because you came within 1pt of an awful bama performance, you are all of a sudden going to steam roll UGA.

Honestly, this game scares me. It would be just like us to drop a game to a team that is on a 15? game SEC losing streak.

Arkansas has better backs than Georgia if without Gurley and they looked good last week against Bama along both lines of scrimmage. Arkansas is gonna break through with a win soon, I feel like it will happen this week. If not, they will get one against us. Hopefully it happens this week.

I dont think I have seen any UGA fan other than Samsonsssssssesseeeed be cocky. It will be a good game.

I picked Arkansas to beat us before the season started, and every other UGA fan I know is incredibly worried. Y'all have a stout running attack, should have beaten Bama and A&M, and were in the game @Auburn for a large portion of that game. I would guess maybe 25% of our fans are overconfident about this game, but those are probably the people that feel the same way for every game.

Arkansas is two hiccups from being a one loss team. Very dangerous Hog team especially if Allen keeps on coming on strong at QB.

Thoughts? ok. The depth of the Arkansas running game makes me nervous. Your runners have power and speed. I actually think your quarterback has a strong arm, but is not very accurate. If he gets on a roll, you will probably beat us. Your Offensive line is big and can wear down a defensive front. Your defense shut Alabama down, but it's hard for me to tell how good Alabama's offense is. Not taking away anything from your defense, though. I think it is decent, but not great.
Now for Georgia.
I love our running backs, but we are missing Gurley, Michel and Marshall...a LOT of talent. We still have Chubb, that will be a great back, but is young, and I worry he might get dinged up. i also like Douglass...they show a LOT of power to wear a defense down. Our offensive line is stout. MUCH better than expected. They have played very well. Our defensive line is good We rotate them out often to keep from getting worn down, so I don't know if your O-Line can wear them down. Time will tell.
Our secondary looked VERY improved last week. True, Mauk was a little wild with his throws, but at times his receivers just could not get open.
All in all, the thing that scares me most is our lack of healthy depth at running back. If Chubb holds up we will give you all you want and then some. If he gets dinged up we are in trouble.
I think it will be a 3-7 point game with either team able to win.
ETA: I almost forgot to address Mason. VERY accurate arm and rarely makes mistakes throwing the ball. Has a so-so arm. CAN go deep, but does not often. Nothing to get scared about for Hog fans, but should be respected.

False premise. Alumnus here class of '75 I can can safely tell you that most UGA fans are among the most objective fans anywhere. The truth is we have been mediocre for a long time and expectations are generally low.

Can can only say that your anecdotal sample size must be very small because the low point spread projected for this game suggests that it could easily go either way depending on the bounce of the ball.

I'm sure you've got a representative sample of how Dawgnation feels about the game tomorrow in Ft. Smith Ark... 
FWIW... This Dawg isn't confident & I think Ark. could well be the best team we've played this year, at least as good as Clemson. I think it's gonna be a slobberknocker & that UGA's key player could very likely be our punter. Field position & ST play could well be the deciding factor. I see it being around 21-17 one way or the other...

I don't think Georgia fans are cocky. I would say the opposite. I think it will be a good game and don't expect the dogs to play quite as well as they did last week. I also don't expect Arkansas to play as well either. Think about it, you guys were coming off a bye week at home against Alabama and played well. This was the biggest game of the year for you guys. I don't think the same emotion will carry you guys through this game. I think UGA wins a close one but not really confident.

Pre-season I picked Georgia to win this one and I'm sticking with that pick although I think this game will be more competitive than what I originally believed and think Georgia wins by 7-10. Fortunately I don't predict games for a living though and wouldn't be surprised or upset if I missed this one.
I really haven't noticed Georgia fans being cocky about the game. You may always have some that are in any fan base and there's always going to be week game banter and such back and forth but the vast majority have been level headed and I think are expecting a good contest. The teams will be playing the game; all that the rest of us can do is to watch anyway.
