Im calling bull shite here because the majority of Lala students are LSU fans.

Good for you but the ones I know (not current students, but Alum) HATE LSU and anyone associated with LSU. Makes no sense to me either as we are all Louisiana.

But isn't that the whole premise of why yall hate UT? Because they're considered the flagship university of Texas by pretty much everyone outside the state of Texas.

Well, they do.
I graduated from UL-L. The faculty and staff absolutely hate LSU, but most of the students are LSU fans, yeah.
But yes, there are plenty of pretentious cajuns, and they hate people from the capital city.

I personally don't care how our school brands ourselves. It's just hilarious to see LSU fans get their jimmies rustled when someone says "UL" or "Louisiana." For a school that is claimed to be "so beneath LSU," they are sure as hell extra paranoid of what we call ourselves.
