Ever see the movie - Midnight Cowboy ? Well for those who have, the hick cowboy thought he was a he-man, stud, world shaker in NYC.

It is the delusional annoying arrogance, right till the end of the season, regardless of the failures displayed by their teams. I don't understand why they think they are so great, and they make it easy for everyone else to point the fingers and laugh at their inevitable failures. They are the worst at talking smack when it isn't even warranted. They deserve all the harassment they get. TN fans are a close second.

I'll give it a shot, just in case you're being serious.
I look at it on 3 levels:
Those that understand what this board is really about and play along.
Those that take this board and most of the flames\trolls\etc. way too seriously. They genuinely get upset at a particular fanbase enough to cause them to hate that team.
Those that are so insecure that they need the acceptance from others that piling on seems to give them. They realize that they are safe behind the keyboard and can say pretty much whatever they want. Never would they have the balls to say some of the things they do on here to someones face.
I look at it on 3 levels:
Those that understand what this board is really about and play along.
Those that take this board and most of the flames\trolls\etc. way too seriously. They genuinely get upset at a particular fanbase enough to cause them to hate that team.

Very true. Didn't mean to throw everyone into the same bucket.
The troll fest has really made it to where I don't even try to discuss things on this board any more...not with any consistency.
