He runs a pretty good offense, which is fun to watch, but he just has ego problems and political issues.

If he could recruit better and had more experience I wouldn't be as concerned, but he hasn't even been a HC for more than 3 games yet.

He'll be good in 5-10 years, and could possibly be a successor to Strong.

Another issue. Hes had three college jobs and there have neen rumors that none of his coworkers could stand him at all three places.
