Someone please post the rule that says a team has to win a conference championship before they can win the BCS national championship.

Not a rule, just human perception. We'll see if it has merit on December 4.

I know the situations aren't exact. They are similar in that they involve odd situations that involve that team making it to the national championship game.

i cant speak for them but i dont want a rematch because id rather play a cupcake than have to sweat through another defensive slugfest

I don't see any mad lsu fans. I do see a lot of lsu fans laughing about how collectively retarded the Alabama fanbase is. Really, this is comedy to witness.
