Sumlin hands down. No one else is even close.

Vandy has eight wins.

None of you MFers gave Sumlin and company a chance in hell to win 7 or 8 games....let alone 10 in their first year. Dude earned it!

1)Franklin
2)Sumlin
3)Muschamp

I wouldn't have a problem with any of them winning it.

CoY usually goes to the coach with the best turnaround and if there weren't any huge turn arounds they just give it to the SECCG winning coach. That being said, Muschamp should get the nod, with Sumlin a close 2nd.

If that's the case, then its Freeze clearly. Ole Miss improved by 200% in one season (and it will be more than that after our bowl victory). That's really as much as I can possibly ask from a coach.

freeze, sumlin, franklin, saban, richt all can make some sort of case IMO - miles or spurrier would be #6 on that list.

most disastrous?

1) John L Smith
2) Gene Chizik
3) Derek Dooley
4) Joker Phillips
5) Gary Pinkel

IDK. I think Ole Miss should had made a bigger wave in the SEC to consider Freeze as COTY.

For as good as our top coaches are, we sure do have some train wrecks coaching half of the league.

We scared the shite out of some teams, that's for sure. We were 3 plays from being 9-3.

And we were one play away from being in Miami.

If Freeze gets you guys challenging for the Western Division next year then I would vote for him.
