Except he isn't. Most people barely have him in the top 10 Safeties in the country. Jamal Adams is rated in the top 3-4. Hell. Justin Evans is better than Armani. Stop it bro. Just stop.

It's really subjective as some are more enamored with stats, others with highlights.
If we assume that the best player in college football is who the majority of NFL teams would take if they had the #1 pick - regardless of need - then I think it's Miles Garrett.

Peppers might be on the bench at some SEC schools. Adams and Allen are great at their position but of your 4 it's clearly Lamar Jackson.

I also got to watch peppers for the first time and can completely understand the hype. Dude was everywhere.
And I also agree Barnett should get some love...say what you will about the rest of Tenner and his previous years there...but the dude has balled...every game this year.
