Gotta say you're switching to Dish Network because of the SEC Network.

I love watching the SEC Storied documentaries. I hope the next one is on Shaq or the 1926 Rose Bowl which forever changed football in the South
I would beg to say 1970 and USC beating Bama in Birmingham with Sam Bam Cunningham changed football in the south. Just ask Ole Miss

disappointed its affiliated with espn. i wanted a network that could stand alone, away from that biased group of jagoffs. espn sux. (except for actual game coverage)

The ESPN affiliation is the reason this is such a big deal. It wouldn't exist without ESPN.

Are they doing any renovations to your video department at Lsu?

idk, but i despise the "mtv of sports," and Finebaum is the Rachel Maddow/Olbermann of sports shock jocks.

Do a Realworld in NYC with all the legendary Finebaum callers under one roof and see how it goes.

I think they have one in the works about LSU and Warren Morris. The lead up to the HR to end the CWS back in 1996. He was hurt most of the year. Didn't return until regionals and could only bunt at that time. Was batting low in the lineup but would have hit 1 or 2 if not injured

Has anyone heard what channel Cox will put it on?
I have the tier with ESPN U and Longhorn Network.
Will I automatically get it being on that tier?
I'm sure charge will go up.
Have not heard anything from Cox two weeks out.

I spoke with Cox about this yesterday. The guy told me all that was needed was advanced TV. No special packages required. He pointed out that there are no channels 77-78 (2077-2078 hi-def) and that it would be going in one of those slots. This is in NWA; whether it holds true in your location, I have no idea.

Ready for it baby!!! If I could have only the SEC Network, the weather channel, espn, that would be all I would need.

you do realize that ESPN saddling up with the SEC has been a major part of why SEC teams always get the benefit of the doubt regarding schedule strength don't you?

shite, ESPN is THE reason the channel will be so widely available this year. No ESPN = Pac12 Net treatment from many major providers.

ESPN is the TMZ of sports. I know the SEC Network wouldn't be around without ESPN, but Sports Center and the whole network has become a joke. I can't watch it anymore.
