In context, that might be a great pick, but they're in a huge kick right now of buying back common stock. They made about $2.5 Billion in sales but only ended up with a Net Profit of about #103 Million. I don't know if they'd have the $ now to do something like this, unless they went away from buying up as much common stock.

I know that their stock prices are up about 20 points from where they were this time last year and are up about 300% over the last 4 years. So, they can get the money, if they need to. They aren't very liquid...which is what you want if you are concerned about being sold.
Sardar Biglari has in a proxy fight for Cracker Barrel. The last thing you want in that case is a lot of money on hand. Cracker Barrel is doing fine and has plenty of money available...they are just finding better things to do with it than leave it lying around.
