The game will come down to turnovers. These teams are dead even imo. Whoever makes the least turnovers wins.

UT should win, but I think they'll find a way to lose.

If UT's oline can play above their heads and UF catches a case of the turnover bug, UT will win. You might not even need turnovers if UF's offense continues to be a 3 and out machine.

Tennessee. They have improved; Florida hasn't.

Are UT fans trying to psych us out? They looked good against Georgia when Worley was in. UF hasn't looked good on offense since EMU. Those Tennessee players are going to be pumped up, the streak isn't going to be a factor at all on Sat.

No we're just trying not to get our hopes up. We've had better teams than UF before and teams that should've won but didn't. It's a psychological thing with Florida as much as anything else.

umm, everyone looks good against UGA's secondary.

The other thing about this game... although neither team is ranked it will be an all out war. Too much is on the line for both teams - that changes the dynamics of any game.

I'm sorry, but realistically, when was the last time UT actually had a better team than UF and lost?
Maybe 2002? The rainy game at Neyland?
2005 - UF was better
2006 - UF was better
2007 - UF was better
2008 - UF was better
2009 - UF was better
2010 - UF was better
2011 - UF was better
2012 - UF was better
2013 - UF was better (when healthy)
UT fans try to hold on to this myth that UF has some psychological advantage and that is why they win, when the fact is, in the last 10 years, UF has just almost always been the better football team. Usually significantly better.

I think they were slight favorites in 2012.

At the point of the season when they've played I think TN was just as good as UF in 05 and 06.
Besides that you are probably right.

Gators win fairly easily.

I tend to agree, and for the first time in a long time the fans have faith that good things are coming. The game may not be what it was in the 90's but be sure the fans in the stadium will be pumped and loud like it used to be for UT/UF.

Tennessee, even after the UGA game, only averages about 6 yards per attempt passing. That's actually worse than Florida.
Their offense is just not that good.
The only thing UT has going for them is that Driskel has the potential to completely melt down (see 2014 Alabama, 2012 UGA and Louisville etc.) and the Gator pass defense simply forgets to cover people sometimes.

Y'all play so many true freshmen, I dont think the psychological thing will be a problem.
