He'll be a Wes Welker type catching plenty of short and intermediate passes from our new QB.

So he is a Y? He seems a bit big for that position unless he has good speed and route running.

Nick Marshall completed 59% of his passes - 8.3 yds per attempt - 14td 6pics - 143 rating - 18 attempts per game - 150yds per game.

Coates and Dook are going to light it up with Marshall next year. Gus will be showcasing him for the league. Plus when your up by 21 in the first quarter - its going to be showtime. Arkansas will see it first.

He was my favorite pick up this class. I've probably seen it 10x and will watch again before Spring practice

We will see. He's definitely elusive but very, very weak and doesn't have great speed.

We'll see what happens. I'll buy you a pitcher if he's not an immediate impact player next year. Either way, we look head and shoulders better right now then at any point last season at wide out.

Pretty much. I think Hatcher and Demetrius Wilson back from injury could be above average but man do i miss Childs, Wright and Adams at WR

No doubt Quille will be the best WR in the SEC in 2014

On talent alone and ability to play the position, you're absolutely right.

I just have this suspicion that he gets thrown out of school, arrested, or suspended by the team before the season even starts. Dude's always been his own worst enemy and he's a complete lunatic.

DGB seems to do a little better with Mauk at QB--see 4 TD game @UK this year. He gets more targets, especially in redzone. If DGB can stay away from MJ and Mauk can stay off scooters, then I'll go with DGB.

It looks like DGB is probably not going to be charged. Car with pot was owned by driver I think, looks like he's the one in trouble. We won't know for sure for 3 to 6 months. My guess is he misses a game or two for disciplinary reasons early in season.

DGB or Amari Cooper.

Cooper is easily one of the most dangerous WR's in the country when healthy.

Auburn could have Jerry Rice as a wide receiver and it still wouldn't matter. Your QB sucks at passing.

Not an Auburn fan but Quille could wipe his arse on coopers helmet as he passed

You must be ignoring what Cooper did his freshman season and the second half of this one when his turf toe healed up.

I will go off of actual production over assumed production.

He doesn't have good speed and he seems to get tackled pretty easy. What's so special about him?

He plays very physical, runs great routes, can get any jump ball, and catches everything thrown his way. He's an NFL talent for sure. He's not a burner, but at 4.5 speed, he's fast enough to make his other skill sets elite.

Just an FYI, Jerry Rice ran a 4.71, Dez Bryant runs a 4.52, Larry Fitzgerald a 4.63, AJ Green a 4.5, so straight-line speed is not as important as you propose.
