Competition obviously figures into ratings. The Alabama, LSU and Auburn games were all played at the same time Saturday. That obviously takes away from the ratings for each game

That's because it was the only game on in the afternoon. There were 3 or 4 great games for people to flip back and forth between on Saturday.
