Daniels did complete 71% of his passes for 300 yards, whereas Hooker went 63% for 239 yards.

Here's a stat: Hooker scored 40 points on LSU's 'vaunted' defense. Daniels scored 13 on one of the ABSOLUTE WORST pass defenses in the country.

When the two were on the field together, it was obvious who was better. Daniels was dogshit compared to Hooker. And he's an even bigger pile of dogshit compared to Jackson.

Daniels had 3,812 yards, 40 TDs, and a 95.6 QBR this season. He won the Heisman and is a projected first round pick. Your boy went in the third round and is riding the pine. There's no comparison.

Jayden Daniels was obviously better passer in a tougher conference with probably lesser receivers.

Slow your roll. Lamar is a two-time NFL MVP. First-round QBs are pretty much a crap shoot

People are wanting to compare Lamar now as opposed to when he was drafted. What's the size comparison between the two coming out of college?

Lamar never really had a great Oline in college to protect him

I would say Lamar. Daniels had multiple first round draft picks to throw to. Lamar didn’t.

Lamar also didn't face multiple first round picks on defense

Daniels passing was more refined. He can do both. He’s fast as hell, elusive but runs a little straight up.
Lamar was more explosive and ran behind his pads better.

Game on the line, I like the ball in Daniels hands for his decision making, composure and I’m biased as hell.

Part of me gives the nod to Lamar because he had dramatically less talent to work with.

Yes he did. Did you forget Clemson won the national title the years he was there?

He will have a better career then Johnny football

I think Lamar is still the better player then Daniels
A lot depends on where Daniels ends up and what kind of system they feature him in

Lamar Jackson a much better runner.

I don't know that I'd say much better.

Definitely stronger.

I've said this time and time again, but I haven't seen SEC safeties consistently take bad angles on a single player like I saw with Daniels this season. He's that fast.

Yeah, he makes some fast people look slow.

You didn't see who won the Heisman?

Single best individual award.

I don’t think Jayden has the frame or toughness to run like Lamar in the NFL.

He has the frame, but not the weight, yet. However, I could see Daniels being a better passer and not have to rely so much on his legs. He used his legs as much as he did at LSU simply because he could.

Jackson was 6'2-1/4", 216 lbs at combine.

Daniels will probably be 6'3", 210.

I think Daniels is smarter. I think that will play a lot into his success one day.

Once Lamar left Louisville they fell apart. He glued that whole team himself.

I don’t think anyone is denying that, but JD could have done the same at Louisville.

He is too smart to play for Louisville.

Maybe a better question is which one meant more to his team?
