Perhaps. But their front 7, specifically their d-line, is not. That's a solid group.

Well Ingram was the last running back to win it, and it was the closest Heisman race and it was between another running back Toby Gerhart

Gurley is awesome. Amazing to watch. Not a better running back in the country in my opinion.

Pretty sure Gurley didn't miss any time his freshman year. He had a high ankle sprain against LSU, and a pulled hip flexor in the first game of the year. Fluke stuff really. He played through a lot of pain in his ankle last year and still racked up good numbers. I don't think he's fragile, just a fluke injury last year. He's leaner this year too. Pretty obvious when he gets the ball he's the best player on the field. Speed, power, vision, and heart! He's got it all.

Right now, I think he's well in front as the best running back. If Henry gets a similar amount of carries, I could see him challenging, but I have no problem saying Gurley is at the top right now and is likely to stay there.

That being said, I don't think a running back wins the Heisman this year.

I think he's by far the best rb in the sec this year. Just sayin that "fluke" injuries seem to plague him. And he likely doesn't have a lot of help at QB so he will get rode hard. He gone get hurt

It would be sweet if Gurley makes it through the season and gets the Heisman. This could be UGA's year.
