Notre Dame won't be there.
They just booted their starting safety off the team. For guns and possession charges.

Kelley ain't skeered to do what Saban is unwilling to do. Because he's a man. Saban is like 1/2 a man...or maybe 3/4.

Let's say both the ole miss-Bama game and seccg were won by a last second field goal and osu/Clemson/Oklahoma/ are one loss conference champs with he pac-12 champ having two losses and Houston is the only undefeated team in the nation

Ole Miss is undefeated going into the seccg, but loses to a 2 loss Florida team. Alabama

Stopped at Bama.

Because the answer is Bama. Always is.

the sec is just a small part of the pot.

florida very likely wouldn't make it.

so, it would be between 12-1 ole miss and 11-1 alabama.

one of those teams would have won the west and have a head-to-head win over the other.

the answer would unquestionably be ole miss.

clemson and ohio state would be locks. ole miss would get in.

the last spot would be between oklahoma, alabama, florida and the pac 12 champ. the committee loves conference champs.

under this scenario, oklahoma went 9-0 in conference and has a win over ohio state. they'd get in.

clemson
ole miss
ohio state
oklahoma

It's impossible to answer because you have not provided what the status of Florida State is in your scenario.

Does Florida beat Florida State in your hypothetical?
What is FSU's resume?

Literally the entire outcome of your hypothetical scenario hinges on this.

If FSU is 11-1 with their only loss to Clemson... FSU gets that 4th spot.

If FSU is 10-2 with their only losses being to Clemson and Florida... Florida in all likelihood gets the 4th spot.

If FSU is 8-4 with losses to Clemson, Florida, and several others, then it becomes a bit more difficult.

Why do we have to assume Ole Miss will lose? They could very well win. History is the best predictor of future outcomes. How have they done in previous SEC Championship Game appearances?

A DIVISION non-champ won't get in, so Bama is out. If all the other conference champs have 0 or one loss, then the SEC is left out. They won't need much of an excuse to leave them out. I say that Florida could still get in with this scenario if they beat FSU, and the PAC10 champ has two losses as you say.

So, I would say:

OSU, Clemson, Houston (0 losses) and Florida.

EMGCC? Really? Surely VWCC or TCTC have substantially better chances of making it.

Probably even NRCCBDD
