It's probably fair to say UK now. Joker put Kentucky back a decade. Florida is figuring that out now. What Stoops has done in a year and a half has been nothing short of amazing.
The results might not come this year, but there is no question UK is on the rise.

agreed... don't think this year will be the year yet for UK, but improvement is coming for sure
