Exactly. There were a lot of good teams in the SEC but none of them were the best team in the country, that was pretty clearly FSU.
After all FSU is the most SEC like program outside the SEC. They are geographically located right in the middle of SEC country, recruit the same players as the SEC schools do, and have an SEC experienced head coach.

Precisely why I thought FSU would win.
Auburn played well and should feel no shame.
Helluva year they had.
