i think the best pure WR is Matthews. dude runs great routes. makes things so much easier for the QB. Evans is solid but i think a lot of what makes him good is his size. Size only doesnt fly at the next level. having said that, i'd still put him in the top 3

He's like a more athletic Marques Colston. Colston has made a nice living by making all the tough catches.
