Bama. Bama fans are so delusional. I placed a bet with a friend who is a Bama fan following the 2012 season, that Bama wouldn't win the national championship in the next 5 years. I couldn't believe his reaction as he thought this was a can't lose bet and he predicted they would win at least three. Just ridiculous and this is the mentality of most Bama fans. Didn't happen last year and won't happen this year. You guys had an unbelievable run of it, but I think it's over.

I think bama ends up with a couple of loses, but auburn luck runs out and they lose 3-4 games.

Both will be very good, so the question will be who has the best season (wins the State Championship, the West, the SEC Championship).

Schedule: Bama clearly has the more favorable schedule. OOC KSU>WV, East Teams, USC and UGA >>>>>>> UT and Florida, Iron Bowl in Ttown (Advantage Bama)

Injury Luck: Auburn has lost two all-sec level players to injury. (At this time Advantage Bama)

Returning QB:: (Advantage Auburn)

Returning O-Line: (Advantage Auburn even with the Kozan injury)

Overall Talent and Depth: Alabama recruiting is amazing. Alabama drafts, the rest of the SEC recruits.

New Impact Players: Auburn has Duke Williams for JUCO that will stretch the field, do not know enough about Alabama newcomers to rate. (Not rated)

Coaching: Saban is one of the best, great at revenge games. Malzahn appears to be one of the best. Schools typically make the most improvement under a new coach in year 2 or 3. It that holds up then advantage Auburn.

Bama should win 10 or 11, possible 12, Auburn 9 or 10, possible 11 (Schedule is too dang tough).

The winner of the iron bowl has gone to the national championship game for the last 5 years. So who ever wins that game will have the better year.

The success or failure of each school will depend on QB play. Sims/Coker & Marshall have to play well enough to keep teams off balance so that the strengths of both teams which is running the ball shines. Both teams will will win 10 games, winner of Iron Bowl goes to the playoffs.
