I understand where he is coming from on everything but he is always agreeing with the higher ups for everything. And he is a Big Ten homer which annoys me

He's no Mark May, but he doesn't bother me like Lou or Cowherd.

Hard to respect any man over 16 years old who frosts his tips.

'Why would anyone?'

Some feel he was driving an agenda this year.

Does that answer it for you?

In. He really has gone overboard this year. Homerism at its finest. I am disappointed in Herbie.

Heby can't win. Seriously, the man was run out of Ohio and had to move to Tennessee because they felt he wasn't homer-enough.

Well I'm not going to fault an OSU alum for trying to help his team but with him Ga!loway, and Robert Smith, OSU has a huge advantage in exposure (both on ESPN and SECN) and I do feel they influenced the committee throughout the latter part of the season.

Too bad we don't have an income tax. We should institute one for runaways like Herby.

In all seriousness, I don't mind Herby but he went full homer when he saw tOSU had a chance to get back into things. Other than that he's ok. Not the most annoying one out there, imo.

I lost respect for him years ago. When push comes to shove, he is a OSU/Big 10 mouthpiece. Always has been, always will be.

Herbie may have shilled a little more for tOSU this year than in the past, but I think he does a great job. I think he has pissed off Buckeye fans more often than any other fanbase in the past because he is very objective in his views on CFB.

Now Galloway on the other hand can kiss my arse.

lol ...

guy has more football knowledge than the combined abilities of the posters on any sports forum (as do most sports analysts) ... not sure what he's said to warrant being called an "arse" or some other pejorative ... he gives his opinion on espn, which is what he's paid to do ... and he calls games no less objectively than any other announcer ...
