Devonta Burns was the "breakout player" of last Spring's practices and he was an absolute liability in the secondary.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be anyone on offense yet.
I'm gonna go with DE Marcus Loud. Everyone expected the DBs, LBs, and interior linemen to be strong. A step back was expected for the Defensive Ends though.
So far, DEs Charles Harris and Marcus Loud have gotten a lot of praise and attention from both coaches and the local media. Loud is maybe the more impressive as many of us were worried if he would mature into a productive player at all.
