If Amari Cooper is returning this year, may God have mercy on the SEC's collective soul

I haven't really been able to keep up with a lot of offseason stuff this year due to work. Someone educate me on the premiere returners in the league and who some fresh meat that can surprise some people are?

TIA assholes

Considering the schedules and the fact Marcus Murphy was the best return man in the SEC, maybe the country last year, the easy pick is Marcus Murphy.
