With Saban, he was smart enough to understand who the power brokers throughout the state are, how the machine works, and how to communicate with the REC while keeping a plausible deniability distance from them while he works that relationship with Emmert, and as a result he has turned Bama into a dynasty. That level of intelligence is impressive.
With Bert, he needed a create a "villain" and for whatever reason he picked AU. I don't think the Auburn family even thinks about Bert except when that game week comes.

This never gets old. Depending on the week there are 3 or 4 schools that claim we think they are our Super Bowl.

Speaking for myself, I don't dislike either of them.
Saban is the GOAT. I respect him a helluva lot more than I ever did Bryant, who was a great HC but relied more on sheer numbers than brilliant game planning.
Bert is a pretty solid HC in his own right, but he shouldn't have taken the Arky job. Had he stayed at Wisky a little longer he could have ended up at UF or UGa, SEC programs with considerably more upside. The Hawgs will be a tough out as long as he's there, but I doubt he’ll ever surpass Petrino or Hootie in terms of success. He deserves much better.

Bert is irrelevant, so who cares? Saban is an excellent coach, but I hate him because he's the coach at Alabama.

Of course, because instead of acknowledging honest and coherent responses, you'd rather pander to your own delusions of worth. You aren't going to find many, if any, AU fans that give a damn about Arkansas or their coach because we don't feel threatened by you.

I would say the same thing about you. It's comical to see the rush of Auburn posters to threads about Bielema to tell everyone how much they don't care while you post about him over and over again.
It's all good though. There is a good chance one or both coaches will be gone in the next 1-2 years so we can finally wash our hands from each other and move on.

Wtf? Lol.. This thread was about the AU fans thoughts on Bielema and Saban. We don't rush to Bielema threads. With all the AU fans saying the same thing, you'd think it would've sunk in by now. And were just being honest, not even trying to flame.

You must be new here. This isn't a this thread comment. Auburn posters most definitely flock to threads about Bielema. It's really no different than Arkansas posters flocking to threads about Malzahn. The two are attached at the hip as far as the SECr is concerned until they leave their respective schools.
