Herman would be great, but I'd give the edge to Fuente due to more expereince and really improving the MEM program.

If I'm South Carolina I roll out the red carpet and break open the piggy bank to sign Fuente. I'd pay him whatever he wants, and build whatever he asks for to close the deal.
