Any team playing @ Knoxville, as their team will sustain multiple critical injuries

Mizzou is 24. I agree they should be ahead of us and OM though. It doesn't really matter, if they prove it on the field like last year they will end up where they need to end up. Preseason rankings mean absolutely nothing for SEC teams

The answer is option 4 - #12 UGA. It's in the code.

Auburn and A&M will both be flops.

Aubie will have a good year but not like their fans are expecting.

A&M is going to be as bad as the Hogs were last year.

I don't necessarily think they will flop, but I think Auburn will have a come down this year. I do not think they're the #6 team in the country.

Although, I do think Georgia should be in the mid to late teens starting out. The good thing with us though is that within the first three weeks of the season we'll have a pretty good idea.

That's not even possible.

A&M couldn't finish better than 3rd in the west with all their "weapons". 5 losses wouldn't surprise me one bit. Sumlin will ride out this year and possibly the next before bailing to the NFL.

A&M - Wont finish in the Top 25, will be beaten by LSU on Thanksgiving and fall short against Ole Miss.

Let's look at the 2012 and 2013 preseason rankings and determine who "flopped" the hardest.

2012

2. Alabama - Finished #1
3. LSU - Finished #14
6. Georgia - Finished #5
9. South Carolina - Finished #8
10. Arkansas -
23. Florida - Finished #9
UR. Texas A&M - Finished #5
UR. Vanderbilt - Finished #23

Biggest Flop = Arkansas

2013

1. Alabama - Finished #7
5. Georgia - UNRANKED
6. South Carolina - Finished #4
7. Texas A&M - Finished #18
10. Florida - UNRANKED
12. LSU - Finished #14
UR. Auburn - Finished #2
UR. Missouri - Finished #5
UR. Vanderbilt - Finished #24

Biggest Flop = Florida (Georgia still made a bowl)

If you do an objective look at the rankings (including A&M and Missouri), at least one team in the Top 10 has fallen apart each of the last six seasons.

2013 - Florida (10) and Georgia (5)
2012 - Arkansas (10)
2011 - Texas A&M (8)
2010 - Florida (4)
2009 - Ole Miss (8)
2008 - LSU (7)

In each case, it's a team that has hidden depth issues or coaching strife.

The only teams that applies to are:

Alabama - QB, OL
Auburn - DL
South Carolina - QB, DL, DB

If form holds, it will be a team in the top ten, not the top 25.
