Nutt?
Confused- are we supposed to hate them before they even step on campus?
Only Arkansas fans could be so insecure as to be upset someone said that they traditionally are very happy with their coaching staffs. You can't win with you people.
Also, yes, when Arkansas hired Nutt like two decades ago until he got caught up in that weird thing with the reporter, most Arkansas fans had a favorable view of what he was doing.

I'm anything but insecure- thanks.

Of course not. A secure person would be sure to point that out.
The alternatives that explain that reaction aren't much more flattering.

I didn't just pull it out of thin air- you suggested it in your previous post.

A&M/AU/Ole Miss/MSU have looked strong some years and pitiful in others.
While, our staff is far from the best, this assessment is way off on Ole Miss. Our staff has look pitiful in a couple games(Arky and TCU, although those are in large part due to injuries), but they've increased wins each year, so you can't say they have ever looked pitiful in a year.

yeah I never liked Nutt, and I think DVH is overrated. but ok

You could say the same for our staff. We got robbed of a very likely win in Mullen's first season by C-USA officials, or we would have finished 6-6 in 2009. We should have been to a bowl every season under Mullen.

With so many strong staffs it is hard to say who has the best. Teams like Alabama, LSU, and A&M all have very strong staffs, but we can't forget about UGA, Ole Miss, and State. Also, we have to discuss which team has the worst group of assistants. Give me your thoughts.

I'm amazed that this hasn't turned into another Chavis/Steele circle-jerk yet. I'll jump in before that shitstorm.
It's hard to argue that, as of now, Vandy doesn't have the worst staff in the SEC. Florida is still unproven, though I think Mac will turn into a good hire.
Bama ranks #1, clearly. It will be interesting to see if Muschamp at Auburn can return to his roots as a DC after failing as a HC. If so, that's a damn good staff.
For my Ags... I'm in the wait and see camp. This season will be a pretty good indicator about Sumlin's ability to be a HC at a major institution.
