This is excluding the 4 that have already won in this millennium (LSU, Florida, Bama, and Auburn).

While there are a few obvious choices up for debate, I am going to go ahead and throw South Carolina as the next SEC team to win a national title, that hasn't already won one in this millennium.

Someone from the east will have to win again, and USCe does have the best coach out of all the east teams.

So if you don't think they can win one, does that mean no one besides the 4/Bama will win one again?

If we can hang on to Sumlin for another 5 years, I think we can make a run.

But right now I don't know that there's a decisive leader.

My guess is Ole Miss or Tennessee.

Don't want to jump the gun, but I can see Ole Miss getting one before most of the teams in the east.

I would be very happy if Spurrier got another natty before retiring...

Definately don't want ATM to go. The fans here will become even bigger insufferable douches...but I think they have the best shot. Not this year, but the year after next.

That's as of right now. I could see Ole Miss and Tennessee both being top 10 programs within the next 20 years or so. But then again, it could be Arkansas and Missouri. You just never know. Perhaps that doesn't make any sense at all. It doesn't. But you know what I mean?

So as of right now, you'd give those teams a better prognosis than A&M?

Why?

A lot of sentences that started with this have been discredited over the last decade or so.

Yeah, I get you.
As of right now, no one. In the future, there might be a few teams but who really knows.
I get that about right?

UGA or TAMU. That said, Alabama, LSU and UF all are likely to win another before anyone else.
