Florida.

yes

Florida fans weren't expecting a divisional title or a birth in the BCSCG.

they also weren't expecting to go from 11-2 Sugar bowl last year to 4-7 not going into a post season bowl with a loss to an FCS team without completing a pass

its like everyone and their mother knew georgia southern was gonna run the ball and florida still couldn't stop them. plagued by injuries and bafoon's for coaches imo.

I would say there is disappointment in a lot of SEC teams this season. Arky is still awful. Tennessee is still in the same spot they have been. Florida has no offense, and the defense has regressed as well. LSU took one step forward on offense and two steps back on defense. Mississippi State still cannot get over the hump. Kentucky while improved doesn't show any real signs of becoming a real threat. Texas A&M took 1 step back on offense and somehow 3 steps back on defense. Georgia has been very unfortunate with injuries this year so they get some slack. Alabama has obviously done well for themselves but they have shot themselves in the foot several times this season, luckily it hasn't cost them yet. Few teams this year really have a much to feel good about after the year is said and done. Auburn is leaps and bounds ahead of where they were. Missouri has been impressive on paper but I feel like they haven't really been tested yet so the jury is still out on them. Ole Miss has shown flashes of improvement but still find ways lose games. Vandy and USCe have both played pretty well most of the season, but have benefitted from weak competition (at the time the games were played due to injuries etc). So in all I would say the SEC is down this year. There have been few "great" games this year, and when the games have been close, it's primarily been because both teams were struggling.
