I'd like to see Pruitt match Kirby's D before you say the Trojans won't score 14 They are having 5 star beast Max Browne who's been nothing short of amazing on reports and JuJu will be the best WR you face all year (top 10 talent). I don't expect Marlon or Minkah to be able to cover Juju the whole game

If the Dave Aranda all-white guy Wisconsin defense that gave up 600+ yards to Alabama could basically shut USC down, I feel pretty good about Pruitt + 10 NFL players having a good shot at it.

Sure, why could they? He didn't have 100+ yards receiving in any of the last 5 games of the season (and only 1 TD) vs the defensive juggernauts of : Colorado, Oregon, UCLA, Stanford and Wisconsin. I'm not sure how we could ever hope to contain him.

How about Alabama on O though, I've read a good amount of Bo to know there won't be a large drop off at RB, but you guys have OLine turnover, especially Kelly and I don't care if you don't admit it bunt he was the most important lineman on your team last year. Cam rob is likely suspended for the first game too. New QB with new Lineman and Saban won't pick a QB till the end so it'll be too much split 1st reps with the ones.

They have a decent chance to win, but I wouldn't say they have the best chance or even close.

FSU is going to be pretty good.

O-line will be a question mark for sure, especially is C-Rob is suspended. Luckily, USC is breaking in a raw group on defense. However, it will be worth watching. We should still be ok on the line, but if Robinson doesn't play that will definitely hamper us.

Whoever plays QB will show up, go 16/22 for 195 yards, 1 TD and 0 INTs and direct the offense well. I have no concerns about that. That's how this works, every year.

Mizzou, TAMU, and Auburn are all solid picks. I think LSU closely followed by bama are the best picks to win straight up.

I have no clue what to expect in that TAMU-UCLA game.

The Wisconsin-LSU game will be interesting. Wisconsin returns 6 of 7 up front on defense, and they were pretty stout there last year. They also return both their CBs and their entire OL. Their spots of strength should immediately test LSU in terms of making Harris throw the ball around.

That is the equivalent of Alabama fans in 2018 saying.........

"We have 5 star beast Blake Barnett who has been nothing short of amazing per reports"

..........after not winning the job in 2016 or 2017 and competing in 2017 as a R-JR.

We would, rightfully, be laughed at.

Good thing LSU can win regardless of qb play. Can your team?

If by "win" you mean go 9-3 plus some mid-tier bowl game, then yea they can.
