You're seriously comparing State baseball to Bama football and Saban?
State has no titles. None. There is a huge difference my friend.
You may have been a regionally good program at one time, but that's it. Your program won no titles and never even played for a title until your last trip in 2013.
Alabama wins a national title in football every 8 years or so over the course of their history.
I've heard and seen it all now.....

I did not even imply that in any way

Mississippi State baseball hasn't won a conference title in 25 years...and no national titles..,
So no, your edit doesn't really do you any good.

Sweet Jesus! I wasn't comparing the programs. Please learn to fricking read. I simply used Saban as an example about what WILL happen when he retires (as in the future). It will be much like State's baseball program. Both, respectively to their sports programs, will and did take a similar hit in success.
