Hard to compare with the explosion of the interwebz over the past 10 years. I'd say that we were pretty bad after the 2003 (football) NC but not quite as bad after 2007. Most people I know felt fortunate to get a shot in 07. Not too bad after our last baseball NC but LSU baseball fans are similar to Bama football and UK basketball. Anything less than CWS is a disappointment.
I could have asked a different question...Which fan base would be the most unbearable with a National Championship. The answer is clearly aTm but it will never happen in those 3 sports.
