Also, the fact that Auburn competes with Bama, UGA, LSU, etc. in recruiting is absolutely doing more with less.
Overall, it has to be A&M, UF or UGA lately. UF and UGA are elite athletic programs who have no excuse not to kill it in recruiting and should be turning a top product on the field.
A&M should be in the conversation with UF and UGA regarding football programs, but they're not.

Not true. Our resources were quite limited until the mid-70s, which coincided with the school becoming coed. Thus, our true futility has only existed for 40 years.

I love Ole Miss fans. I really do.
And A&M really didnt have the resources of a major CFB program until the 1970s. But even since then, we have definitely done less with more.

We do a lot with very little "stars". A lot of our players get their stars retroactively from the recruiting services.
