At this point these Bowl Games are just exhibition. We are in much better shape than last year, but crazy how most rosters will be down 20 or so players from the regular season roster.

Frankly, LSU could be down a few players and still have fewer players available than a team that list 20 from the regular season.

Can't wait to see LSU sign 40 players this year.

pretty much. Some good, extra practice for the young guys and a head start for the early enrollees

This has got to be affecting attendance. No way I would travel to Nashville to watch UK scrimmage with Iowa. Their fans apparently feel the same. May be a record low attendance for the Music City Bowl.

Outside the couple of bowls hosting championships, they've always been exhibition games.

A lot still has to do with location, match up, and how the season ended. I know for the Gator Bowl against Notre Dame, the Gamecock club said there were over 20,000 ticket requests.

On the other hand the high in Columbia Mo. Dec 23rd is projected to be 12f. St. Petersburg Fl where the Gasparilla Bowl will be played expects highs in the upper 60's all week.

I'm actually kind of excited to see some of our underclassmen play in the bowl game.

People aren't basing their travel plans on Jaheim Bell and Marshawn Lloyd playing in a football game. I don't think that has any effect quite honestly. Most SC fans are just happy that it's a Florida bowl against a big-name opponent. Regardless of who plays.

I’m still going. I’d rather the younger guys get some time anyways. Everyone’s taking hits. ND included.

I’m sure it means more to some programs than others.

And I’m all for a fan base celebrating a strong season and accomplishment for their program.

This is how I’m looking at it.

Honestly I’m hoping to see Nuss get the start to see what he can do.

Folks like to watch the Irish get beat

I would pay to go to that game

Worst may be Kentucky vs Iowa
- players already bypassing
- low scoring even before the skips
- Nashville (where weather can be cold and wet)
- both finished below expactaions

If I was in town already and the weather was great, might still be a maybe

UK's special teams would have me drinking early and often
