I get why you say that (I think it too), and time will tell. According to Bert (the fat one) we have RBs in waiting to make names for themselves. I'm really curious to see how AA plays out - that'll give a real good answer.

I'm pretty confident Rawleigh will do just fine

LSU may not be first, but they'll be in the top 3.
We averaged 32.8 last year with a first year starter at QB, and the second half of the year we had a true freshman TE, true freshman FB, and 3 freshman OL (2 true freshmen), either starting or having to get a lot of snaps. Our backup RB was a true freshman too, and outside of Dural we had nothing but sophomores and freshmen at WR.
The veteran unit at LSU will average 40 or more points per game and you can bookmark this post.

Did you watch the game? It was a night game in Death Valley but LSU controlled the entire game and let UF crawl back into it with the usual unaggressive offense and soft defense in the second half. Also the FG would've won the game without the fake.

It's funny that you remember a dropped pass and fake FG helping LSU, but forget the muffed punt recovered inside the 10 and punt return that UF got.....

So what part of what I said wasn't true? No doubt UF is and will always be a great game for LSU. Also no LSU fan in their right mind would say that a win at the swamp is easy to get. But I don't see where the 2015 game left you feeling you had the better team then or coming into 2016.

Based on all the allegations I would have to put UT at #1

with alabama losing their QB and heisman RB (who ran it a lot), it is wild guessing to think they could be top one this year.

Last year it went:
1. Ole Miss 40.8
2. Arkansas 35.9
3. Tennessee 35.2
4. Alabama 35.1
5. Mississippi St 34.4
6. LSU 43.8
7. Texas A&M 27.8
8. Auburn 27.5

I would expect Arkansas & Mississippi St to have significant drops from last year.
I would think everyone else (minus OM because they're already so high) would increase, some more significantly than others.
From an A&M perspective the new OC, new OL coach, new QB should all be big upgrades from 2015. I would expect in the low to mid 30s easily. That probably won't be enough to score the most though.
You see, this post is precisely why we are just fans.
Why on Earth would you expect Ole Miss's numbers to rise while Arkansas's fall? Arkansas led the league in scoring during SEC play.
Yes, Arkansas lost some key guys, but so did Ole Miss. Three first round draft choices, to be precise.
It makes no sense that Ole Miss would get the benefit of the doubt while Arkansas is expected to fall off except for the fact that people refuse to see what their eyes show them.
Arkansas is going to field a potent offense. I would say of the eight listed, Mississippi State should be expected to fall off the most. Sorry Miss fans, but Dak was an enormous part of your offense. An offense that really relied on good QB play.
You could say the same about Arkansas's offense because they lost Brandon Allen, but Arkansas also featured the league's most balanced offense, featuring the only team in the entire conference to have a 3,000 yard passer and a 1,000 yard rusher.
Yes, Arkansas lost Alex Collins, but in 10 years of being a head coach, Bielema has yet to field a team that didn't produce a 1,000 yard rusher. Devwah Whaley will be Arkansas's 1,000 yard rusher this year. Will Austin Allen throw for a lot of yards? I think so.
Time will tell, but people expecting a drop in Arkansas's production are probably in for a rude awakening.

LMAO- LSU will not score more than 40 points in more than a few (if any) SEC games this year. The only games LSu will reach the 40's will be versus the shite OOC teams on the schedule.
Bama and Ark showed the SEC/Nation how to stop L5U last year at the end of the season. Same sorry QB returns this year and Les is still on the sidelines. He's gonna ride LF in the ground this year and come November the annual fold happens again. LSU will average about the same this year or maybe less. No way 40 point per game.

It's hard to score when it's run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run, pa pass.
