Well, LSU hasn't had a really good season in five years.
2016, 3rd SECw, 5-3
2015, 4th SECw, 5-3
2014, 5th SECw, 4-4
2013, 3rd SECw, 5-3
2012, 2nd SECw, 6-2.

And the team will have some serious question marks, especially in the trenches on both sides, plus 5 SEC road games. I think both Auburn and LSU lose at least two games outside of top three. Unusually big questions around almost all the teams in the conference. Not a single team can be solidly predicted.

My instinct says A&M in west (MSU is close), Kentuck in east.

West:
Alabama 7-1
Auburn 5-3
A&M 4-4
LSU 4-4
MSU 4-4
Ark 3-5
UM 2-6

East
Ga 6-2
Fla. 5-3
KY 5-3
USC 4-4
Tenn 4-4
Vandy 2-6
Mo 1-7

Since there is only a big 2 and we are one of them, I will still go with UK. 17 returning starters and favorable schedule.

The better question would be how many non-Big 6 teams will have a better record than Tenessee?

I'll say three.

a whole lot of arse will be kicked this season by the red and blue, regardless.

No, my question was better. But to answer your question, probably all of them.
