Msu got us second game of the year under a new system and qb. Ole miss is much better IMO

Based on expectations, OM has really sucked as of late. Most of their fans were predicting a national championship in 3-4 years but I think it is slowly sinking in that Freezus can't really coach. He might know how to turn the combination locks on a lot of bank accounts to get the players on campus, but it pretty much ends there and his surrounding cast just isn't getting it done as of late against mediocre teams. State has a more consistent OL and DL and I look for the QB situation to iron itself out very soon. Of course, competing in the SEC West, neither will ever win that again, even with top ranked recruiting classes like the Bears are claiming. Hell, Freezus can't even get them to behave on campus and twitter, how in the hell is he going to get them to do what he ask on a football field. You don't run that type of recruit off or bench them because they have so much to tell that will take your program down so quick. With NCAA penalties looming, OM will always be that average, middle of the pack team that has never been to the SEC Championship.

I will say this, State played LSU tougher than I thought they would. Still to early to tell which team is better.

From the eyeball test, I'll say state. I've been surprised how shitty ole miss looks in offense in particular.

From my football stupid perspective, I'd say State was a better team. Wallace didn't execute well at all.
