The vols are still in a building stage. Butch has some hype going but the Sooners are a big time program and everybody but the most die hard vols expect Oklahoma to win.

This. While as a fan I expect to win every game the reality is that we have nothing to lose. We're playing with house money as everyone expects OU to win. We win we get momentum. We lose it sucks but hey, we've got a season in front of us and an OOC loss has no real bearing.

I'm sure the melty types melt for a day but then realize it has no bearing on our season.

If that was to happen, Rant would be locked for a week.

LSU is always the correct answer.

Well, the game to pick is LSU-MSU, with a close LSU win in a sloppy game. The grinders will melt because they lost, and the corndogs will melt because they didn't win by as much as they thought they should.

Remember, a perfect season for LSU fans is to be undefeated, win the MNC, and fire the head coach.

You live in NE TN and there are a ton of Hokies up there.

I'm sure you're telling the truth and everyone is predicting a blowout, seems plausible.

In the world where Lambert and Ramsey throw 4 INTs combined and Chubb/Michel/Marshall fumble 3 times, the melt is glorious. Sadly, I don't think we'll get to see what happens if Vandy wins. Obviously, that's the one I want to see most.

UT melting is a close second.

Well if this happens, we won't see any meltdown because the site will crash.

I'd rather see the early end of the grind.

I'd rather see the LSU hopes and dreams end Thanksgiving weekend.

That's not happening in Death Valley. Last year was the year to beat us, and "QBU" got man-handled at Kyle Field.

Really!!!

This coming from the poster that posted not once, but twice, in this thread the same thing about Auburn and the thread has nothing to do with Auburn.

Who is obsessed again, bitch? His take on Arkansas is spot on. You all sit in the corner and jack it hoping Auburn loses.

It's obviously LSU.

On the other hand, may not be a meltdown but a lot of noise would surround a KY win over SC.

I have only met two Hokies here, a former co-worker and a neighbor on my block. You'd think there would be a lot more, but I'm not running into them. Maybe they are just keeping a low profile. Of course, once you cross over into Virginia, there are thick on the ground.

The Bristol / Johnson City / Kingsport area is pretty rock solid behind the Tennessee Volunteers. If you were to tune in to a local sports radio station right now, you'd get an earful about how Oklahoma is not paying Tennessee the proper respect, Bob Stoops is a chump, Brick By Brick, etc.
